What can it do?
The AI is designed to understand natural language.
- Navigation: "Take me to invoices", "New Bill".
- Data Retrieval: "Show me clients in Wisconsin", "Who owes me money?".
- Analysis: "What is my inventory status?"
Tips for Better Results
- Be Specific: Instead of "Show clients", try "Show active clients in Chicago".
- Use IDs: If you know the invoice number, say "Find Invoice 1050".
- Context: The AI knows which module you are currently in. If you are in AP and say "Create New", it assumes you mean Bill/Vendor.
Limitations
- Read-Only Analysis: The AI cannot currently "Post" a transaction for you safely. It will guide you to the form instead.
- Security: It strictly enforces company data isolation. You cannot see data from other companies.
