VioBalance Notifications keep you informed about important events and activities within the system. These can include low inventory alerts, new document uploads, incoming emails, and system-wide announcements.
Accessing Your Notifications
You can access your personal notification center by clicking the bell icon in the main navigation bar. This icon will also show a count of unread notifications.
Alternatively, you can navigate directly to the Notification Center.
Managing Notification Settings
You have control over the types of notifications you receive. To configure your preferences:
- Go to the Notification Center.
- Click on the "Settings" button.
- On the settings page, you can:
- Toggle notifications on or off for different categories (e.g., Inventory, Document, Communication).
- For Inbound Emails, you can further customize:
- Subject Keywords: Receive alerts only for emails containing specific words in the subject or body.
- Unknown Senders: Get notified when an email arrives from someone not listed in your Clients or Vendors.
- Watch Specific Clients/Vendors: Choose particular clients or vendors whose emails you always want to be alerted about.
- Remember to click "Save Preferences" to apply your changes.
System Announcements
From time to time, system administrators may post important notices or updates, such as planned maintenance or new features. These "System Announcements" appear as a banner at the top of your screen and are separate from your personal notifications.
